Refund Policy

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, pierced jewelry, and personalized products may be non-returnable unless defective.
  • Contact support before sending any return. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
